Returns
Our return policy lasts 21 days from the date of purchase. If 21 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can no longer offer an exchange. For Christmas gift purchases made in November & December 2024, we will allow exchanges through to January 14, 2025. Please add ‘gift’ on your purchase note where possible.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition as received, with tags still attached.
Refunds
- Refunds are available only on faulty products.

Shipping
To initiate a return, you must contact us at [email protected] to arrange the return.
- Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the product is faulty. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- Non-Refundable Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the goods are faulty.
- Time Frame for Exchanges: Depending on your location within the United States, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Important Note
If you are returning an item valued over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without proper tracking information.
